If you are not seeing the RadBeacons in the app when you scan, the beacon is probably not in config mode anymore. On restart the problem should be corrected. If that doesn't fix it, try resetting your phone by holding down the sleep/wake button and the home button until the phone powers off. You should try turning off Bluetooth and then turning it back on again. Apple is aware of the problem and promising a fix. If you've cycled power to your beacon and are still unable to recognize it using the RadBeacon Config App, you may be experiencing the results of an iOS bug that affects proximity ranging.
